$69.00 $159.00

In Laubwerk's Plant Kit 20, you'll find a captivating selection of ten temperate ornamental grass species and cultivars, perfectly suited for gardens and parks, a common choice in temperate regions worldwide. Each of these species or cultivars comes in three variations, capturing their essence in full bloom. It's important to note that Kit 20 is currently in the pre-release stage, offering one season at a reduced price.

Blue Grama (Bouteloua gracilis): A deciduous, tufted grass with reddish-brown comb-like flower spikes, resembling a mosquito swarm. Ideal for nature gardens and prairie plantings.

Common Quaking Grass (Briza media): A medium-sized, semi-evergreen grass with heart-shaped, nodding, purple-tinted green flowers. Great for nature gardens, rockeries, and heathland-inspired plantings.

Feather Reed Grass 'Karl Foerster' (Calamagrostis × acutiflora ‘Karl Foerster’): A clump-forming, perennial grass with pink to purple flowers and straw-colored plumes in winter. Named in honor of nurseryman Karl Foerster, it has received prestigious awards.

Japanese Sedge 'Evergold' (Carex oshimensis ‘Evergold’): A distinctive ornamental grass-like perennial with bright gold foliage and dark green margins. Evergreen in mild winters.

Dwarf Pampas Grass (Cortaderia selloana ‘Pumila’): A dwarf pampas grass with silvery-yellow plumes of flowers in late summer to fall. Evergreen and recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit.

Tufted Hair Grass 'Goldschleier' (Deschampsia cespitosa ‘Goldschleier’): An evergreen grass with golden-yellow flowers and long-lasting plumes. Thrives in shade and retains its appeal through much of winter.

Blue Fescue 'Elijah Blue' (Festuca glauca ‘Elijah Blue’): A dwarf evergreen grass with intensely ice-blue leaves and blue-green flower plumes. Ideal for rock gardens, sunny borders, and containers.

Cogon Grass 'Red Baron' (Imperata cylindrica ‘Red Baron’): A distinctive ornamental grass with fiery red blades in summer, turning to burgundy. Less invasive and non-flowering, making it a desirable choice.

Eulalia 'Ferner Osten' (Miscanthus sinensis ‘Ferner Osten’): A deciduous grass with arching leaves that turn orange in autumn. Features fluffy, cotton-like, silvery plumes. Awarded the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit.

Black Lilyturf 'Niger' (Ophiopogon planiscapus ‘Niger’): A small, evergreen perennial with blackish-purple foliage and pale mauve flowers. Provides excellent contrast with other plants, adding a touch of uniqueness to your landscape.

Each species or cultivar offers three variations to enhance your landscaping projects, whether they're gardens, parks, or other outdoor spaces.
